The Lleida City Council is launching a new citizen service channel using video calls
The Open Administration of Catalonia (AOC) has begun implementing the Virtual Citizen Service Office (OVAC), a solution developed by our partner Councilbox, with strategic support from Kawaru Consulting.
Great news! We've won the bid to implement the Virtual Citizen Service Office at the Cuenca Provincial Council. This is a project we're especially excited about, as it will be the first of its kind offered by the Provincial Council to the smaller municipalities in the province.
