Arquia Banca had always held its shareholder meetings in person. With the Covid pandemic, they didn't want to lose communication with their shareholders, with the utmost guarantees…
Solution
We implemented a platform to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in a fully online format, allowing its 34,000 shareholders to participate as if they were attending in person, with the highest legal guarantees. In a second phase, we conducted them in a hybrid format.
