Solution
The OVAC platform is deployed to provide Citizen Services for Social Security, so that citizen services can be provided in an organized and coordinated manner by the team of professionals.
The procedures are being carried out in a much smoother and faster way, through a fully auditable process that complies with all the legal security guarantees provided by the high-level ENS.

- The auditability of the entire process, the certified notifications, the certified video, and the recording of evidence throughout the entire procedure give the management legal validity.
