Challenge
A project designed to connect residents of Andalusia’s smallest towns with banks through video assistance—in a simple, fast, and legally secure manner.
Solution
The OVAC platform is available at digital kiosks (totems or stands equipped with a computer connected to the internet) located at key points throughout the town. Residents can visit these kiosks to conduct their business online or via video assistance, receiving help or support from a professional.
The process is simple and quick, and complies with the legal security guarantees provided by the high-level ENS, under which all actions taken are documented.
KPIs
- Handling administrative procedures online via video conferencing, in a convenient and highly secure process.
- The recording of tamper-proof evidence throughout the entire process, combined with the platform’s certification of notifications and video recordings, ensures the legal validity of all procedures carried out.
- Reduced processing times and costs (since citizens no longer need to travel). In addition, conducting these procedures online helps reduce the carbon footprint associated with long-distance travel.
