Last Sunday, June 25, the Covirán General Assembly of Members was held in Granada, where the annual accounts for 2022 were approved.
The assembly was held in a hybrid format, both online and in person, so that members could participate from anywhere. Specifically, members connected from 10 platforms within Covirán's logistics network, three of which are located in Portugal. Councilbox was the platform that enabled members unable to attend in person to participate remotely, allowing them to vote and participate in the assembly just as those physically present. The assembly was successfully held and the annual accounts for the 2022 financial year, along with all the items on the agenda, were approved by a unanimous vote of the members.
