Together with Telefónica and Councilbox, we have been awarded the platform for the Digital Immediacy Virtual Desktop project of the Ministry of Justice.
After many months of work, we have managed to win the EVID project from the Ministry of Justice. For us, it is a great milestone to have been able to participate in this project, which we are sure has only just begun and will have a long journey.
With the Councilbox platform of the Virtual Citizen Service Office adapted to the needs of the Ministry, the Digital Immediacy Virtual Desk will allow Spanish citizens to carry out administrative procedures electronically that until now could only be done in person.
With this platform we are reaching out to the public through a technological innovation project (Cloud, Blockchain, etc.), and we are also carrying out a digital transformation of a face-to-face process.
We are confident that with the implementation of this project we will be able to reduce the kilometers that citizens have to travel for administrative procedures, the time spent on these administrative procedures and CO2 emissions.
We are very happy and continue working to innovate and develop initiatives with high added value.
