This past June 17th, we returned for the third consecutive year to organize Arquia's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. After these two years of pandemic and the respective restrictions, this year the Rafael del Pino Auditorium in Madrid was open to any shareholder of the company to participate in person.
Unlike previous years, we organized a hybrid assembly, with shareholders attending in person and shareholders participating from different locations without having to travel.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was once again a resounding success, proceeding without incident and allowing the participation of the company's more than 30,000 shareholders. They were all able to follow the agenda items live or via the broadcast we provided through the Councilbox platform, voting on each item to facilitate decisions on the proposed matters.
He Arquia Banking Group It is made up of the societies of Arquia Banca, Arquia Gestión, Arquia Pensiones, Arquia Banca Mediación, Arquia Inmuebles and Arquia Asset Management.
As of the end of 2021, it has more than 153,000 clients with professional profiles - among which the groups linked to architecture, law and pharmacy stand out - 36 offices and 13 financial agencies spread throughout the national territory, with a human team made up of 239 employees.
