Today we are very pleased to have won the tender to implement the Virtual Citizen Service Office in the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council and thus have our first reference in the Community of Madrid.
Today, Telefónica was awarded the contract for the project we jointly presented to the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council to implement the Citizen Service Online Office (OVAC) of Councilbox, our partner. This is one of the projects that the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council has requested within the framework of European Funds with the aim of digitizing processes with citizens and bringing the administration closer to them.
The Virtual Citizen Service Office allows you to easily complete administrative procedures electronically, from your mobile phone, with legal security. This solution provides sufficient evidence to guarantee this security for our clients and is a very important element for the Torrejón de Ardoz City Council.
We will soon inform you when the project will be available to the citizens of Torrejón de Ardoz and show you all the possibilities it will offer them.
