The Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia (ATRM) has launched a new Virtual Office which allows citizens to make, pay and submit their taxes from any device, whether it's a computer or a mobile phone, with real-time remote assistance by specialized personnel.
This initiative—fully aligned with the model of OVAC Developed by our partner Councilbox — it reinforces the progress of public administrations towards services more agile, accessible and user-centric, reducing unnecessary travel and lightening the administrative burden.
First use case: Model 620
The first procedure incorporated into this Virtual Office is the Model 620, Regarding the purchase of used vehicles, this procedure was already showing significant growth in its online processing.
- 5,937 online submissions in 2023
- 11,848 online submissions in 2025, more than doubling in two years
Furthermore, integration with the College of Administrative Managers has allowed these professionals to present 10,479 self-assessments through their own tools during the year 2025.
These figures demonstrate the growing demand for digital solutions that simplify access to government services.
