Last week we held the Ordinary General Assembly of Lauro Ikastola online using our Councilbox platform.
Lauro Ikastola is a benchmark center in the Basque Country not only in its pedagogical model, but also in its constant commitment to new technologies and their application in its daily life and in the facilities of its center.
In this case, the challenge was significant: not only to hold an online assembly so that all members of the cooperative could participate, as in previous assemblies, but also, as in previous assemblies, to broadcast it in two languages. This would allow users to choose from home whether they wanted to follow the board's explanations in Basque or Spanish.
It was a great experience and a great collaborative effort by the Lauro Ikastola team, Councilbox and Telefónica to achieve this milestone, and to be able to bring it to other cooperatives and institutions in the near future.
