The Barcelona Veterinary Association once again entrusted Kawaru Consulting with organizing its 2021 General Assembly. For this, we used the technology of our partner Councilbox, the market-leading platform for holding secure and legally valid online meetings.
This second assembly, held on June 30th, was conducted in a hybrid format (primarily online and in person, following all preventative measures imposed by the health situation). However, the entire process was carried out entirely digitally.
The Board of Directors presented all the related documentation and addressed all the items on the agenda, holding votes where necessary.
As with all the teleconference meetings we held, they were audited using Blockchain technology to ensure the security and traceability of the process.
