On June 23, Arquia Banca once again entrusted Kawaru Consulting with the organization of its 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
This year we faced the challenge of relocating the Shareholders' Meeting from its current location and moving the entire organization to the new headquarters on Tutor Street. It's an incredible building, with a spectacular design where even the smallest detail has been carefully considered. Inside the building is the organization's auditorium, an amazing space for hosting events.
Together with Councilbox's platform for legally secure virtual meetings and the Roldan TV team for the entire event production, we were able to carry out the entire event with a successful turnout.
The General Shareholders' Meeting allowed all shareholders of the entity to follow it live through the Councilbox meeting platform, from wherever they were, and to vote on all items on the agenda.
At the end of the Shareholders' Meeting, a small brunch was held in the adjacent garden, a quiet space to discuss everything that had happened during the meeting.
Once again, we thank Arquia Banca for their trust in Kawaru Consulting for the event, and we are already looking forward to next year to get back to work.
