Today, the Government of Andorra presented the launch of its electronic headquarters, with the Virtual Citizen Service Office from our partner Councilbox.
The presentation, which was done via webinar, featured the new initiative presented by Marta Osuna, head of the Trust Services Office of the Principality of Andorra OSCEPA, Miquel Haro, Head of the Solutions Area of the Information Systems Department (DSI) of the Government of Andorra, and David Vicente, director of the Digital Transformation Program of Andorra.
In this project from Kawaru Consulting We have collaborated with Altia, the company that has led the implementation of the project and our partner in Andora GIC Consulting.
As David Vicente highlighted during the presentation, "the digital certificate can be obtained electronically through the Virtual Citizen Service Office – OVAC," in addition to being able to do so in person at the processing offices. In the words of David Vicente, "This will help those segments of the population who prefer, for efficiency, to do it electronically."«
For us, this is a new challenge achieved: being able to carry out a project in a new country and thus begin the internationalization of our services. It's a great first step, and certainly not the last.
