Today is a great day for us. If the Ministry of Justice opted for Councilbox's Virtual Citizen Service Office solution, today we have the first city council to implement it. In this case, the Cornellà de Llobregat City Council.
Together with Telefónica, we have signed the contract to launch the virtual Citizen Service Office in Cornellà del Llobregat next January 2022.
In this way, the citizens of this municipality will be the first in the entire state to be able to carry out administrative procedures easily, safely and legally.
We are very excited to start this project and hope it can serve as a reference for other municipalities to replicate this initiative.
