We have started a new project with Asista Canarias to offer citizen services remotely through the Virtual Citizen Service Office.
We have implemented the platform of our partner Councilbox, which with their implementation team we have adapted to the needs of Asista Canarias with the collaboration of our friends at Técnicas Competitivas.
Asista Canarias' online citizen services platform is an advanced solution that allows citizens to access a wide range of public services remotely. With this platform, citizens can make inquiries, complete procedures, and receive online assistance from the comfort of their own homes.
We collaborated on the design and implementation of this project with the aim of preventing unnecessary travel for citizens, reducing CO2 emissions, and saving time on procedures. We are excited to work with Asista Canarias to offer this innovative online citizen service platform and improve the accessibility and efficiency of public services for the citizens of the Canary Islands. We believe this solution will contribute to improving citizens' quality of life and the efficiency of public service management.
