We finished the week with a new client, the Official College of Physicians of Tarragona, and another project completed by Kawaru Consulting.
In this project, we coordinated the organization, as a large-scale deployment of audiovisual equipment was used to broadcast the event. It truly felt as if the delegates were present live.
During the event, the Board of Directors explained the different agenda items in detail, and presentations, videos, etc., were shown. Afterwards, the members were given the opportunity to participate easily from their homes and vote on each agenda item.
At Kawaru Consulting we organized the entire Councilbox platform, from our partner, which once again helped the event run smoothly.
We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and the success of the participation.
