Through this new service, users can complete procedures such as registering births on the municipal register, reporting construction projects exempt from licensing requirements, authorizing direct debits, and requesting immigration reports, among others that will be added soon. Those interested can schedule an appointment for this service through the website.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/citaprevia.cornella.cat\/\">https:\/\/citaprevia.cornella.cat<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Telef\u00f3nica Spain has partnered with Councilbox, a company backed by Wayra, to provide its cloud-based platform. This platform, equipped with cutting-edge technologies, enables end-to-end documentation of every online appointment, secure document sharing, document signing via various certified methods, and the generation of summary reports for each transaction. Furthermore, it features a secure video channel that captures evidence of every meeting. This allows for seamless tracking of the transaction flow, creating a guided process that simplifies its use for both officials and citizens. Additionally, the generation and secure storage of electronic evidence are enhanced by technology.\u00a0<em>blockchain<\/em>, It provides the legal certainty required by official procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The service can be accessed from any internet-connected device, such as a computer, phone, or tablet equipped with a camera and microphone, without the need to install any application. It will be handled by the City Hall&#039;s Citizen Service Office staff.
